Returns for Accessories and Fabric Purchases:

You may return accessories and fabric purchases within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, the items must be in their original condition, unwashed, and unaltered. We kindly ask that fabrics be returned in the same condition as received – without any cuts or signs of use. Please ensure that all tags and packaging are intact.

Custom-Made Items:

Regrettably, custom-made items are exempt from our return policy. As these pieces are uniquely crafted to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. We encourage you to review and confirm all details before placing your custom order.

Initiating a Return:
